We use the most competitive and reliable shipping companies in the region to ensure your purchases arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
Products are packed and handed over to the shipping company after the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
Shipping fees are displayed on the checkout page before payment and order completion.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product’s weight.
Shipping Within Riyadh
The shipping company will contact the customer at the mobile number provided in the order.
The total delivery time is between 1–3 business days from the order completion date.
If the shipping company does not contact the customer within the delivery period, the customer must contact store support at 0598483135 — this is the customer’s responsibility.
In the event of a delivery error, such as receiving the wrong product, a broken item, or a damaged product, the customer must refuse to receive the order and contact customer support at 0598483135 to arrange either a full refund or a replacement product.
Shipping Outside Riyadh
The shipping company will contact the customer at the registered mobile number.
The total order processing time is 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery from the shipping company’s branch outside Riyadh takes 3–10 business days.
If the shipping company fails to contact the customer within the delivery period, the customer must contact store support at 0598483135 — this is the customer’s responsibility.
If there is no branch for the shipping company in the customer’s city, the order will be sent to the nearest available branch.

Return and Exchange Policy
Products cannot be exchanged or returned after shipment unless there is a difference in design or size.
In such cases, the customer must contact customer service immediately at 0598483135.
For orders within Riyadh, the exchange or return will be handled directly with the delivery representative at the time of delivery.
For orders outside Riyadh, the exchange or return must be handled through the shipping company’s office at the time of order receipt.
Factory Pickup Policy:
When placing an order and selecting the Factory Pickup option, you may collect your order directly from our location.
